In a business, it is not just offices and workspaces that need to be clean and well-maintained. It is also necessary to ensure the cleanliness and safety of the car parks. It is because it is the first place your customers and visitors see when they come by car or bicycle. Therefore, it must be clean and in good condition to give a positive image of your company and a feeling of security. However, maintenance and cleaning require specific equipment because we cannot use the same process for stripping and painting. 

The Width and Geometry of the Land

The development areas depending on the flow of vehicles and materials that must circulate there are sometimes insufficient and impractical (too tight bends, narrowing, unevenness ), or the minimum widths for the communication routes have not changed with the nature and size of the vehicles that use them: crossings are difficult with the possibility of collision, people can be trapped between the car and walls, storage structure elements, machines, spaces are ill-suited to maneuvering, blind spots exist. Dimensions

Traffic on the tracks can be disturbed by permanent obstacles (poles, pillars, pipes, etc.) or temporary obstacles (pallets, tools, unpacked cans, etc.), which require delicate bypassing or cause collisions. Frequently, improvised parking lots generate accidents, and waiting areas are poorly located.

Lighting and Visibility

The quality and quantity of light, the ignition mode, the amplitude greatly condition the visibility of drivers and operators. Badly positioned lighting sources lead to shaded or backlit areas, so striping and painting are required.

The Ground

A loose, uneven, slippery seat (puddle of oil, a grease deposit, etc.) causes swerving and jolting or increases braking distances. Poor water drainage and the absence of non-slip floor coverings lead to slippage phenomena. Cover plates for openings that do not or no longer correspond to the loaded weight of the machinery are also factors of accidents. The presence of ice caused by the absence of control means (sand, road salt) or negligence is an aggravating factor of danger in exposed outdoor areas. So the ground must follow proper striping and painting.

Signage

Areas for pedestrian traffic and vehicles not or poorly materialized by marking on the ground of the movement areas, the absence of signposts, crossing, speed limit, priority, the absence of signboards across areas at particular risk and regulated access, generate a lack of information or reminder of instructions which is very prejudicial to safety.
